The submission was an opportunity to re-prosecute a number of key issues, such as abolishing the 20 per cent loan fee for FEE HELP and extending eligibility for the Commonwealth Prac Payment beyond CSP/Table AQ and B providers. As such this submission is drawn from a number of previous Board endorsed submissions.
