Independent Higher Education Australia (IHEA) welcomes the decision by the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency to grant the International College of Management, Sydney (ICMS) self-accrediting authority status.
Established in 1996, ICMS is a member of IHEA which provides students with a range of specialist business and management education across both undergraduate and postgraduate courses.
“Congratulations to ICMS on being recognised for its longstanding commitment to excellence in higher education,” said IHEA Acting Chief Executive Officer Dr James Hart.
“ICMS is the latest of a number of IHEA members to be recognised by TEQSA as a leading institution of higher education,” Dr Hart said.
“We are pleased that the independent higher education sector in Australia is being rightly recognised for containing a number of Australia’s leading higher education institutions,” Dr Hart said.
