Information for International Students – Medibank Private Cyber Incident

As many will know, a significant cyber incident recently occurred within Medibank Private.

We have been informed by the Australian Government - Department of Education that this cyber incident impacts a number of international students studying in Australia who use Medibank Private, or subsidiary Australian Health Management Group Pty Ltd (ahm), for their overseas student health cover.

To help ensure international students are aware of how to engage with Medibank and access the support available, the Department of Education has developed a factsheet answering these questions:
